[Folderly App] Dashboard 2.0

We plan to change the UI part of our dashboard to make it easier for users to see information about Spam triggers and Best Practices in one place - without having to switch through tabs.

We also want to add Folderly actions to the dashboard so that users can always track what actions have been performed by Folderly during the past Daily upkeep.

This will allow users always to understand how their emails are performing and what Folderly has done to improve deliverability.
