We regularly monitor updates to email service providers' send-out policies to provide users with the best experience in spam fixing and reputation maintenance. We plan to add new best practices related to message formatting and domain troubleshooting.For example: We will regularly check that your domain isn’t listed as unsafe by Google Safe Browsing and recommend how to fix it step by step.

[Folderly App] New deliverability best practices

We plan to change the UI part of our dashboard to make it easier for users to see information about Spam triggers and Best Practices in one place - without having to switch through tabs. We also want to add Folderly actions to the dashboard so that users can always track what actions have been performed by Folderly during the past Daily upkeep. This will allow users always to understand how their emails are performing and what Folderly has done to improve deliverability.

[Folderly Ecosytem] New Email Service Providers

Unfortunately, there are best practices that we cannot automatically check for one reason or another (in general or so far). Therefore, we want to add manual best practices so that users are always aware of the best approaches in deliverability for any case. Users will always be able to find out all important information about manual best practices without leaving the app and mark such practices as implemented. Once a manual practice has been marked as completed, the user will always have the possibility to read the information related to this practice and, if necessary, mark it as not implemented.

We noticed that new users have difficulty navigating the app and understanding its functionality, which makes it hard for them to fully interact with Folderly to achieve the best results in deliverability. So we decided to develop a detailed onboarding process in the application so that our users could always understand what functionality they need to use and for what purpose, as well as not get lost in the navigation. For now, we can't give more details about onboarding, keep an eye on the Changelogs section to keep up to date with changes to the Folderly app We will always support you on your way achievement of the best results in deliverability!

We decided to add the functionality of rewriting email templates with Folderly AI so that each email sent from your mailbox would be unique, but at the same time, the email would not lose its meaning. This functionality will improve the spam fix and reputation protection effectiveness. Users will have the ability to turn this feature on and off as needed.

We want to change the UI of our deliverability chart to make it easier to understand for our users.We also want to add filtering by placement by Gmail and Outlook providers so that users can always see statistics separately for each provider. This will give users more specific information about their deliverability.

We noticed that quite a lot of users do not see notifications about errors on their mailboxes, so we decided to increase the frequency of notifications sent so that users would not miss important notifications and could quickly fix errors. The Folderly team is always making sure that your deliverability is always on top.

In order to improve the user experience, we decided to make mailboxes and email templates global in the ecosystem so that users do not have to re-add mailboxes and email templates in apps other than Folderly. Sincerely, Folderly team!

After the release of Inbox Insights, the Folderly team will be developing and testing a new application in the Folderly ecosystem named Pulse! What is Pulse? Pulse is a simple application for spam placement monitoring.Users will be able to set up continuous monitoring in two clicks, as well as its Inbox rate condition to remain flexibility for each case. And most importantly! Users will receive notifications if their emails on monitoring land in the spam folder. In addition, users will always be able to customize notification recipients as needed. For example: Send me a notification if the inbox rate is &lt; 80%. Only email and Slack notifications will be available in the first release version. We don't plan to stop there and will gradually add the ability to receive notifications in Discord, and others; or tools that will be requested by users.

What is Inbox Insights? Inbox Insights is an application for detailed testing of email deliverability. What do you get with Inbox Insights? 1) Precise and fast automated deliverability testing in two clicks 2) In-depth information about your email placement across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.3) Access to the sender score and blacklists details for each of your sending IPs. 4) Domain’s technical issues analysis, review DNS records, and receive expert’s recommendations on how to fix issues. Release status Now, the Folderly team is in the final stage of developing the Inbox Insights app. The Folderly team is doing final fixes and testing of the Inbox Insights app in order to release a quality app that will not have any problems negatively affecting the quality and usability of the application. We will notify you about the release of Inbox Insights so that you don't miss the opportunity to try the free version!

We noticed that the Foldelry score does not accurately reflect the situation with deliverability, so we made significant adjustments to the Foldelry score calculation. What is the Folderly score? Folderly score - is the score of the user’s email deliverability that includes the user’s keeping Best practices rules and Spam triggers. How Folderly calculates the score? The Folderly score is a&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer notion-link-token notion-focusable-token notion-enable-hover" href="https://www.wikihow.com/Calculate-Weighted-Average#Weighted_Averages_without_Percentages_sub">weighted average</a>&nbsp;of the&nbsp;metric scores * inbox rate coefficient. We plan to add the additional step to the Add Mailbox functionality named Foldelry actions. Users will be able to see the list of actions Folderly can perform on their emails and manually configure them at the Add Mailbox functionality.Also, if users want to change the configuration of the Folderly actions - they can always do it in the mailbox settings.
